Delivery/Postage Charges:
AUSTRALIA: All Delivery Prices quoted are for Australia Deliveries only, We offer DELIVERY to anywhere in Australia with our courier although depending on your location your item may be posted via Asutralia Post . Expected delivery time is between 3 to 10 days depending on your location. If you need your order in a hurry please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP. Lifelong Memories cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our couriers or Australia Post.
OVERSEAS|: We can post anywhere in the world but you will need to contact us for a delivery quote.
Gift certificates are not included in the shipping calculation. An order including only a gift certificate or unless otherwise stated in the product description ships for free Australia Wide.
Lifelong Memories aims to dispatch products within 24hrs of confirmed payment. However personalised items such as name frames, candles, bronzing and shadow box frames can take up to 14 days to be dispatched.
In case of items being out of stock, and if they are not due within 3 days we will contact you to discuss what you would like to do.
Returns and Refunds:
If your order arrives damaged/broken or there is an error in the spelling etc please inform us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement. We will ask that you return the damaged/misspelt item to us before a replacement is sent out, you can also send us a picture of the damaged stock via email info@lifelongmemories.com.au. Your postage charges for returning the item to us will be reimbursed for damaged stock.
Lifelong Memories will take no responsibility for errors made on your behalf. Please double check your order before submitting.
If you decide you no longer want the product, we do offer a credit note only if item is still in original unopened packaging.
