Wholesale Enquiries

If you are a business or retail store and wish to purchase our great range of products at the wholesale prices, please email me at info@lifelongmemories.com.au to discuss further.

An ABN/ACN is required to fulfil any order.

Orders are confirmed and dispatched Monday to Friday only.

All Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of confirmed payment.

If you have any questions about a product or require more information, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Once your order has been received, a final invoice will be sent to you via email with freight charges included. Confirmation is required before your order can be processed and delivered to you.

All orders will be sent via Couriers Please or Australia Post Registered Mail. The freight is determined by the size and weight of your order. If you have your own courier who you would like to use that is fine - a 10% handling fee is added to your total order.

A minimum order of $80.00 is required. All orders must be ordered in carton quantities. If broken cartons are required, 10% will be added to the cost of each individual item.

If your Address does change, we ask you to contact us with your new shipping address immediately so we can update our records.

We will not be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses given to us by yourselves - ensure your details are kept up to date.

Packages returned to us due to wrong address information will be subject to a $10.00 wrong address charge.

Payment can be made by Cheque, Direct Deposit, Cash, Bankcard, Master Card and Visa.
