Communication
All orders must include a valid e-mail address and phone number that can be used for communication regarding your order. An order confirmation will be automatically generated when your order is successfully processed.
Wholesale Accounts
All wholesale accounts must spend a minimum of $500 per financial year to enable to continue with wholesale acess. Prices shown are prices you will recieve - no further discounts will be given on these amounts ( ag: coupon discounts, scpecial offers etc..) If your account should be placed in the hands of Debt Collection due to non-payment you will also be charged for any charges/fees from the Collection Agency ontop of your outstanding amount !
Cancelling your Order
Your order can be changed or cancelled at any time before your order has been dispatched except for customised Personalised Products. You can cancel your order by e-mailing info@lifelongmemories.com.au or by also by contacting us on mobile 0402 474 676. We can only cancel orders that have not been dispatched. If you have submitted an order in error please emai/phone me immediately. Personalised Products are orders and/or made to specification. There is no cancellation on any personalised products.
Gift Voucher Cancellations:
Any Gift Vouchers that require a cancellation (as per agreement with Lifelong Memories) will incur a $20 handling fee to void the voucher.
Our Prices:
Prices are all quoted in Australian Dollars. A break down of these costs are provide for your records on your invoice which will be dispatched with your order.
Displayed Products:
Some of our photographs have included optional products for display purposes, however, some gifts photographs contain display items such as stands etc. These are lifestyle props and are not included in the gift package unless specified. All items are detailed with what is included in the product order screen.
